Dulaney’s Danielle Parker, a 6-foot-2 forward who led the Lions to Baltimore County titles in basketball and volleyball after transferring from St. Frances of Baltimore City, has committed to play basketball at the University of Delaware, her coach, Richard Welsh, told DigitalSports on Tuesday night. Parker, an excellent student, led the Lions to a 20-0 record last season before losing in the Class 4A state semifinals to visiting Blake High of Olney in Montgomery County.
